Someone once called us “a village in a pub”…and we think they might be right. We bake our own bread and make fresh pasta, we keep bees on the roof, and even butcher and dry-age meat in-house. Our bar staff will match a tipple to your tastes and if you need a place to rest your head overnight – you can book one of our bright and comfortable hotel rooms.
We buy our fresh produce from Australian farmers who practise ethical and regenerative farming, using principles and practices that seek to rehabilitate the soil. This means the food on your plate comes from small-scale, lower density farms where the crops are grown in harmony with the seasons and the land and animals are respected and cared for.
We serve classic pub fare that honours the ‘nose-to-tail’ principle of considered, sustainable cooking. Our Josper oven takes prideful place in our kitchen, using the traditional Spanish woodfire method to grill and charcoal meat to perfection.
